Michele Carey, also known as Michele Lee Henson, is the daughter of Stanley Willard Henson, Jr who was a physician, and Thelma Burell Henson. Her birthplace was Annapolis, Maryland, United States of America in the 26th February 1942. As a teenager, she was an expert pianist and took home a national contest at the Chicago Music Festival when she was just 13 years old.
